Work Together
Supporting Personal Growth, Healing, and Wholeness
I offer one-on-one sessions grounded in the healing modalities that supported me most—Kiloby Inquiries, Realization Process, Havening Technique, and Aletheia Coaching. My clients come to me seeking relief, clarity, reconnection. What they often find is a space where all of them is welcome—and where true transformation can unfold gently, at its own pace.
With Realization Process Therapy, we explore the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit to facilitate deep embodiment, emotional healing, and nondual spiritual awakening. This work supports a fully alive and open experience of yourself and life.
Through the Havening Techniques, we apply gentle, psycho-sensory methods to release trauma, reduce anxiety, and restore calm. This nurturing, touch-based approach emphasizes self-compassion and empowers you to shift ingrained emotional patterns.
Using Aletheia Coaching invites you into a space of inner unfoldment rather than self-fixing. Rooted in somatic awareness and the wisdom of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness, this approach helps you move through complexity with grace, aligning with the natural flow of your being.
Finally, Kiloby Inquiries, we gently uncover and resolve the hidden emotional patterns behind suffering—such as addiction, self-sabotage, and relationship challenges—bringing clarity, peace, and lasting transformation.
Together, these modalities create a deeply supportive container for healing, self-discovery, and transformation: from the inside out.

Who I Work With:

People who are navigating human struggles
Grief, anxiety, stuck patterns, big emotions, painful memories: whatever it is, chances are I’ve felt something like it myself. I might not know your exact experience, but I usually know the flavor of it. That shared ground matters. This work is about being human together.

People with some kind of spiritual curiosity or practice
You don’t need to be on any particular path. If you’ve done some inner work, or simply feel drawn toward something deeper—even without words for it—we’ll likely connect well. I've found conversations around this topic tend to open things up in a beautiful way.

People who are open and willing to deep work
You don’t have to be fearless or have it all figured out. But if you’re open to looking inward and feeling what’s there—even when it’s uncomfortable—there’s a lot that can shift. That kind of courage, even just a little bit, goes a long way.

THE PATH BACK HOME TO YOURSELF
Dissolve inner blocks, release long-standing patterns, and reconnect
with your innate wholeness.
How I work:
Presence first
I meet people as equals, not as an expert trying to fix them. I listen, attune, and stay connected, especially when things get intense. From that space, the next steps tend to reveal themselves.
The body leads
I trust the intelligence of the body, mine and yours. It tells us what’s needed. I don’t follow a script. I follow what’s alive in the moment.
Room for the real
There’s space here for whatever shows up, grief, confusion, big emotions. I’ve been with people through intense moments and witnessed real shifts. We stay with it, together.
We move at your pace
Whether you're working through something specific, navigating a transition, drawn to spiritual practice or just called to explore what's under the surface — we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Alethia Coaching
What is it: Aletheia incorporates Parts Work, Somatic Work, Presence and Absence work and finally Non-dual Awareness all as levels with which to work with clients. They are structured in ever deepening layers of healing ultimately ending in non-dual awareness (or FC as the case may be). Primary, Parts and Presence work is incorporated into sessions as needed based on a client’s needs. This is usually blended with the other modalities in which I have trained with a specific focus on Fundamental Consciousness and Havening.

Kiloby Inquiries
K.I. helps draw out our unconscious survival mechanisms by bringing awareness to the contractions of frozen fear held in the body that conceal repressed emotions. Through skillful inquiry, tuning into our body with deep honesty, and re-establishing the mind-body connection, we make the unconscious conscious and progressively end the safety-seeking, love-seeking state of suffering we've depended on since childhood. K.I. addresses an expansive range of issues, from chronic pain, depression, and addiction to anxiety, self-sabotage, dysfunctional relationship dynamics, mental health disorders, and disease. I rarely, if ever, directly use this approach although the somatic and cognizant inquiry tools learned her can often be useful in a session. Also used occasionally when a client is in distress over a presenting issue is a lateral eye movement technique (similar to EMDR) learned in this approach.

Parts Work
What is it: "Parts work," explores the idea that individuals are composed of multiple, distinct parts or "sub-personalities" with unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, aiming to help individuals understand and integrate these parts for greater self-awareness and well-being. This is part of the description in Aletheia above. I use self-compassion as the basis of working with protector, hurt, critical…parts with the intent of getting to know their age, their needs and their positive intent. I will often use visualization to offer these parts deep compassion, love and the quality of power, understanding and voice.

Realization Process
What is it: The Realization Process includes Nondual Meditation for deepening and stabilizing in nondual reality, Embodiment and Movement for embodying the clear light of fundamental consciousness in one’s whole body, Healing Ground for personal maturity and psychological healing and Empathic Ground for relational healing and attuning to fundamental consciousness with another person and in groups. RP either forms the basis of what I use in a session or is blended with other modalities (primarily Havening).

Havening
What is it: The Havening Technique uses a range of touches on the upper body and involves counting, visualization, and eye movements. The approach aims to help a person cope with stress, trauma, anxiety, and physical pain. The practice focuses heavily on self-compassion and kindness. Practitioners of the Havening Technique believe that painful emotions and harmful behaviors occur because of the way the brain encodes memories. Havening attempts to change this encoding. Its developers say that the practice views behavior as a consequence of encoding and that it seeks to uncover the event that led to the symptoms. This is often the primary modality I use during a session. It is a very gentle approach and has a number of techniques to lower emotional activation states so that the client is not left in crisis or difficulty either during or after the session.
